How we score and rank European web hosts.
Scoring framework
Every provider gets five sub-scores out of 10: Performance, Support, Security, Pricing and Ease of Use. The overall score is a weighted average.
Performance testing
We measure TTFB from European probes, run sustained load tests, audit caching and CDN coverage, and check uptime over 90 days.
Support testing
We submit test tickets at varying complexity levels and score response time, accuracy and willingness to escalate.
Pricing analysis
We compare entry-tier pricing, renewal pricing, money-back guarantees and total cost over 12 and 36 months.
Updates
Scores are reviewed quarterly. Major changes (acquisitions, outages, pricing shifts) trigger immediate re-scoring.
